110v Plug & Water provided. Power is suitable for lights and low voltage items like phone chargers and small fans. It will not run microwaves, AC units or hair dryers.
Restroom with toilet and sink.
Your RV must be self contained, we have no sewer hookups.
No tent camping.
Maximum of 21 day reservation. No long term stays.
Can offer a short term group reservation of up to two RVs sharing the acre space but we only have electric for one to plug in.

Close proximity to many Hike/Bike/Ride trails as well as MANY regional & state parks within in a 20 minute drive. Five Minutes to Delta Waterways for boating, fishing, wakeboarding. 15 minutes to Diablo MX dirt bike park. Several dozen U-Pick Farms and farm stands within a 5 mile radius. Plenty of dove, pheasant or duck hunting nearby. Enjoy a sweet bit of home town Americana by attending one of the many festivals, parades and farmers markets.
You can also bring your horse for an additional board fee, we have paddocks available.
For liability reasons dogs are not permitted.
Can be booked for a group up to 2 RV's. The first 3 people total are included in the base rate of the first RV but the 6 person total site capacity limit still applies. We only have power and water for one RV to hook up. An additional RV fee of $30 per night shall apply for the 2nd RV. Plus for more than 3 people total at the site the additional people fees apply.
Parking for up to two vehicles in addition to the RV. 1st vehicle is free. 2nd vehicle is $10.00
Overnight horse paddocks available. 3 night minimum, $120 per horse. $30 each additional night after the 3rd night *Bring your own feed. No stallions. All riders must wear helmets.
