Brent met upon arrival and made sure I knew were everything was and help me get situated. Even though it was his birthday and he had guests over, he came back to check on me to make sure all was good! The outdoor shower close to site was awesome - made use that night and in the morning before leaving. Site close to Redding and I5 - great place to stop overnight or while exploring the area. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Nice spot - close to town and I-5

Great communication with host. Convenient location, we took a nice flat spot on field with great views of the surrounding hills in all directions. Exactly as promoted. We didn’t take advantage of everything - pool, shower etc glad it was there. Thanks for sharing your land!

Loved this secluded, yet close to town or mountains, site. Brent and family were great hosts! We were in town for Kool April Nights, perfect accommodations as we were camping yet still needed a place for our trailer and classic car. Power, portable outhouse and shower we’re so nice to have. Quiet, beautiful location with beautiful views. We will be back.

The site was beautiful, but it was a bit overpriced for what it was.
The good things:
1. It actually had a porta-potty. The listing might be out of date and said there were no amenities. This was a nice bonus.
2. The host also pointed me to the pool house, which has a shower. I didn't need the shower, so I didn't check it out. But that was also a nice surprise bonus.
3. The location was beautiful. Quiet, serene views, no traffic noise.
4. It was easy to find and close to town.
The not-so-good things:
1. The price. It was nearly triple what I paid for similar sites the previous 2 days.
2. The host said that there was power and water, but I couldn't find them.
3. The actual parking spot was hard to get into. It was long enough, but it was narrow, and at a 90 degree angle from a very narrow road. I don't know how a long RV could get into this spot. I have an 18' van, and I had a bit of difficulty making the tight turn onto the spot. It's fine for a small van, but I wouldn't try to get a 25' RV or bigger into the spot.
