Our two rental units sit on our 22 acre property. We have a full farm with 50 animals, bees, large garden and orchard, and a mile long track for walking and jogging. We offer tours of the farm and sell seasonal produce, eggs, and craft goods that we made from farm items.
The airstream has a west facing view that has glorious sunsets almost every evening.
The Ranchette is located on its own private acreage. and private driveway.
Location was a little further away than where we expected it to be. Also is a bit dated and aged on the inside. No mirror in bathroom. It’s hidden behind a closet door making “getting ready” a bit challenging for hair and make up. Roosters at 4:00 am were a little rough. Was an early rise for us that day. Owners were great! Lovely people. And that makes a difference.
We're so grateful to Sofia for hosting us in the Ranchette! Sofia was an excellent host and incredibly responsive whenever I messaged her. The Ranchette was much more spacious and modern than the pictures show on the website. It's important to know before you book that this is still a farm, so there are rodent traps in the house just in case, but thankfully we didn't see any or have any issues. My little Prius had no problem with the drive up to the Ranchette, and we were grateful for the gorgeous morning views and the cows.
Loved the vintage airstream. So fun figuring out how everything worked and finding all the nooks and crannies where things are stored. Thoroughly enjoyed the house ground beef burgers we cooked up on the grill. Beautiful spot, fun dogs, cure animals, easy going host. Couldn't be happier with our weekend.
We loved to camp in the Airstream with our 2 kids. The 360 view and the sunset was beautiful! Also there dogs were so cute and gave us a save feeling. The kids liked to give the animals food and play with their children.
The Vintage Airstream was clean and cozy. The view was beautiful, the set up was amazing, and the ranch was so quiet and peaceful. The cow, goats, chickens, dogs and bull were great company. Our stay was very safe and comfortable. The directions were clear and our host Sofia was very nice and responsive to our questions. Overall, we loved it and would definitely recommend staying at The Howard Ranch.
Everything was dreamy and perfect! We will be back! I don't want to tell people about it because I want it for myself all the time! But it's truly a gem!
