Farmhouse Field Campsites
Both Katie and her husband were very nice. The area we picked at the back right of the property offered a fantastic secluded area, the nearby property line has a stream running between the fences which created a great relaxing atmosphere.

the peachiest bunch
Camping at Katie's was terrific! As my crew only consisted of myself and another woman, it felt very safe as the campsite was fully gated. Our host Katie and Brian are communicative, welcoming, and made it a point to let them know if we needed anything. The campsite exceeded my expectations as I didn't expect anything from my host and I'm sure Katie would be more than happy to make accommodations if needed. During the evening, Brian and a family friend of his carted over firewood for us and stayed around to make sure our fire was adequate before leaving. What really took the cherry for us were the animals, two donkeys and a goat that were the absolute sweetest (we love Ginny, Jack, and Bobby love).
I did not read the reviews for this prior to booking this campsite and can understand where some of the other reviewers were coming from in terms of noise from the train tracks, animal droppings, and hoping for better scenery aside from camping on Colorado prairie. None of these things really bothered us and we had a FANTASTIC time. 5/5 stars

Lovely farm to stay
Such a lovely place to camp! Camped in our sprinter. We had the place to ourselves, which was great. Got to see some cows roaming in the pasture next door. Easy access to tasty water, and we didn’t find the trains disruptive at all. Highly recommend!

Beautiful spot, family friendly!
We loved our stay at this property on our way to Arches! It was beautiful and Katie was super friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend!
