Our tiny cabin was custom built from the design to final project with custom kitchen furniture, recycled wood flooring and more. We added a lovely deck so you can watch the sky at night, sip your coffee or tea outside in the morning or just chill after a long day of hiking or skiing in our secluded infrared sauna. We also added a wood burning stove for our guests to spend some quality time in front of. Our main house is on the same property, but don't worry, we always respect our guest's privacy so you might not see us, unless we're needed for anything... ( Please note that our property is not in the middle of nowhere, we have neighbors and you can see some houses or cars even though it is in the beautiful mountain foothills.) The bedroom/sleeping loft area is a typical tiny house 'crawling' space (around 5' tall), so you may not be able to stand up and it is set up with that in mind. The stairs are steep, but sturdy. Our bathroom and kitchen are equipped with separate tankless water heaters and the water pressure is a bit lower then you might be used to in your own house (set to about 2gpm), but it still plenty to have a nice hot shower. We also installed a top of the line European eco waterless toilet (Separett’s latest), it is easy to use and good for the environment! Our place is also perfect for your romantic getaway! We truly believe that all tiny house lovers, hikers, rock-climbers, skiers, fishermen, mountain bikers, motorcycle riders, artists, musicians or writers will find our place just perfect!
What to expect
Cabin
You'll have this Hipcamp all to yourself.
2 guests max
Toilet available
Composting toilet. We’ve installed an Eco Waterless Toilet, designed for Tiny houses (latest model from Separett). We take care of the maintenance and you do not have to worry about anything during your stay. We placed a short graphic instruction on the wall by the toilet - just in case.
No campfires
We do not allowed outdoor campfires because our neighborhood has a very strict open fire policy but we have wood burning stove inside the cabin to enjoy, especially during cold snowy winter months. Please use at your own risk! (we are not responsible for injuries or damage & you will be liable for any damages related to improper use). If you decide to use it - please make sure to close the door all the way after you insert some wood. Both vents have to be open at least 50% of the way (upper vent opens to the right and lower vent opens towards you). We will have some firewood ready for you - it is stored to the left from the main door -in the basket.
No pets
If you need a service dog by your side, please let us know before your arrival because our cleaning helper is allergic to fur and we would have to make sure the cabin is clean by other person with extra allergic protocols after your stay.

Amazing first experience!
This was basically the first time doing something like this, and to celebrate my mom beating cancer. We couldn't have had a better first experience! This cabin is the coziest effing place I've ever been in. The tiny little wood fireplace really just is the icing on the cake. Not to mention the amazing host. Just really can't say enough good things! Will probably be back if she'll have us!

I could not recommend this tiny cabin enough! I went on a solo trip to get away from the city, and it was the coziest space in a quiet little mountain residential area. While the cabin is close to the main house, I felt like I had complete privacy in my little oasis. The perfect spot for nearby hikes, or just hanging in and enjoying the front deck and sauna! Joanna was very kind and helpful as well. Thanks for the great stay!
