Here you can revel in the beauty of the mountains, relax to the sounds of the river, and experience an unforgettable trip. Our cozy and charming cabins & campsites offer stunning views, wonderful amenities, and an unbeatable location. Nestled among picturesque peaks, there is no shortage of lovely sights when you stay in our campsites & cabins. Every season is equally lovely. From snow-capped peaks in the winter to bright gold aspen leaves in the fall, you’ll never be left wanting when it comes to picture-perfect surroundings. We are just minutes from Monarch Mountain, which boasts 800 ski-able acres and an annual average snowfall of over 350 inches. Just a short drive east of our cabins is Salida, Colorado known as the ‘Gem of the Rockies’. This small but vibrant town offers a number of restaurants and shops as well as festivals and events throughout the year. New for 2023 Creekside Chalets has added 3 Creekside Camping spots all with access to the North Fork of the South Arkansas creek that flows through the property. The sites are located in an aspen grove along the creek with a picnic table provided and room to park one vehicle up to 20 feet long and space for a tent. 30 amp power is provided to each site, a porta-potty within 250 feet and water from a camp spigot. The campsites are pet friendly, $30 per pet per stay, max 2 pets.

Creekside Chalets-Mt. Pahlone Camp

If you like to listen to base music

While a lovely setting, I can’t recommend the Pahlone site for two reasons: it is sloping; we have a truck camper and had to purchase leveling blocks and still only improved our pitch by 1%. The most disappointing part was the loud base music that played for hours across the creek from the site during two out of three evenings. When I contacted Jillian, although she was apologetic, she was off site and couldn’t do anything because the property playing the music wasn’t a part of creekside chalet. Also, be aware that you may get blocked in the camping area by the service providers that take away dirty laundry from the chalets.

Amazing Camp Site

This was an amazing site! I would recommend it to anyone. The site instructions were clear and easy to understand. The site it’s self was well cared for. We tent camped and enjoyed being right next to the creek.

A great, relaxing spot with all the best scenery Colorado has. Right next to a stream that will sing you to sleep. Great area for everything outdoors

Creekside Chalets-Mt. Ouray Camp

Beautiful campsite

My husband and I spent 3 nights here during our honeymoon trip and it was such a beautiful area and the creek running next to campsite was absolutely gorgeous! Not crowded at all and the WiFi definitely helped because neither of us had any service (AT&T) would highly recommend

Creekside Chalets-Mt. Pahlone Camp

Beautiful Campsite

We stayed at the Pahlone campground and had a blast. The creek nearby was wonderful and fun to camp besides. Plenty of room to stretch out and the picnic table was clutch. Would love to camp here again. Very clean site, the porta-potty was well cleaned and had twinkle lights at night. The water spigot was 15 feet away and great.
