This is a one acre lot for just one RV located at 9500ft in the Colorado mountains between Montrose and Gunnison. Located half way between and six miles up the Alpine Plateau road this area is surrounded by BLM land and National Forest. The lot is located with full hook ups and wifi in a neighborhood with cabins and rv lots.This RV lot is one acre for just one RV halfway between Gunnison and Montrose and six miles up the Alpine Plateau road. The lot has water, electric and septic and is surrounded by towering pine and spruce trees. This area is known for it's close location to Crested Butte, Ouray, Ridgeway and Telluride. Easy access direct from the lot for ATV's, hiking and all types of outdoor adventures. Arrowhead is a unique neighborhood of cabins and RV lots. RV lots are only accessible in the summer time from Mid- May until roads close in November. The Arrowhead subdivision has a small lodge with a bar/restaurant along with a sports center that rents ATV's in the summer and snowmobiles in the winter. Three stocked fishing ponds for residents and guests only (permit required). The Alpine Plateau country road provides access for vehicles up the mountain and over the Lake City area via HWY 149. 50 amp plug if you need 30 amp you will need a 30amp to 50amp adapter. RV Mountain Lot with full hookups

Awesome spot!!

Highly suggest this spot!! It is extremely beautiful and peaceful. We loved being surrounded by aspens and meadow. We saw many deer throughout our stay and enjoyed long walks with our dog, Having the full hookups while feeling like we were boondocking was fantastic! Martha is also a super friendly host and was very helpful both before booking and during our stay!

RV Mountain Lot with full hookups

Great camping location!

We absolutely loved RV camping at this location! The hosts were welcoming, helpful, and had everything we needed well organized for us when we arrived. The site was clean and well maintained with extremely easy to use hook-ups and reliable Wi-Fi. A great fire pit was available and the sight of the stars at night was incredible! The location was private with beautiful views of the aspens and evergreens all around. It was also an easy drive to Curecanti National Recreation Area and Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. Our son's rating was 10/10, and we agree!
