We have 9 acres with plenty of elbow room. Located 5 minutes from Mancos, right off CO 184, there is one site in the trees with full hookups and 2 sites on top perfect for group camping. Sites on top have a beautiful view of Mesa Verde to the west and the La Plata mountains to the east. Both sites have water and electricity and sewer dump nearby. The area is full of history, from Mesa Verde National Park to Canyons of the Ancients National Monument. 3 ski areas within an hour, whitewater rafting, hiking, biking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, stargazing or just enjoying the sunsets. With Mancos only 5 minutes away, there are dining options, brewery, parks, library, and shopping all with a small, hometown feel. Come enjoy all the 4 Corners area has to offer!

MSB Legacy Retreat II

Jerry and Connie were the best hosts we had on our 10 day trip! The property was beautiful and well setup with water, power, a picnic table, fire pit, and privacy fence. We will definitely be staying here again.

MSB Legacy Retreat I

Excellent Stay

We loved our stay at MSB Legacy Retreat. Site #1 was a perfect fit for our 32" RV. Full hookups, privacy fence, shaded picnic table, lots of local information provided by the hosts, fire pit, wood for sale, land for the kids to explore and beautiful stargazing. Mancos was a quaint town and gave us quick access to Mesa Verde, The Canyons of the Ancients and alternate route 145 (to avoid white-knuckling 550) on our travels north. Thank you!

MSB Legacy Retreat I

Great site and location! It was the perfect set up for our family. The kids loved exploring the property, and the views were wonderful! The directions were clear and we appreciated the fire wood for sale on the property. Would absolutely stay again.

MSB Legacy Retreat II

Lovely little camping spot. Has all the water and electricity you could ever need. We have a small teardrop trailer with no bathroom. There wasn’t much for woods/trees to use. Other than that, amazing spot!
