This suburban campground is conveniently located along US 287 close to Boulder, Longmont, Lafayette, Erie, and Louisville. The neighborhood is a quiet and charming area with the feel of a much more rural area. Each campsite features a flat turf pad camp area to set up table, chairs, etc and plenty of room to pull in your car, van, or other camping vehicle. We offer an on site toilet (port-a-potty), standard 110 (20 amp) electrical plugs at each site. Please note that this is a standard home outlet meant for things like charge phones. If your rig pulls more than 20 amps you are likely to trip the breaker. There is access to fresh, potable water on the property, but not at each site, so plan to fill your tanks at the spigot with a hose. Gated access with a complete fence provides privacy and security. Wi-Fi is available at the campground. Nearby Erie and Lafayette are within biking distance. This campground is located in a residential neighborhood and we ask that campers are respectful of noise levels. No fires permitted. There is a barn located on the property within the campsite. The campsite is located behind a residential home, but separated by a 6 foot privacy fence. WE DO NOT LIVE IN THE HOUSE, PLEASE DO NOT RING THE DOORBELL OR CONTACT THE TENANTS IN THIS HOME!

Site 4

Everything ran efficiently, Kristin was responsive and flexible. No complaints for an in an out location. Would suggest that they post pictures of the small mountain view which made evening wine toasts more enjoyable!

Site 1

Very quiet and close to both Longmont and Lafayette. They activated internet while we were there and it worked great to stream tv. Space 1 has a slope on the pad so we had to park sideways. The other 3 lots look pretty level. We will be back!

Google maps took us to the wrong driveway. If there isn’t stars on the gate then go to the other side of the house. It’s a nice, quiet and easy stay!

Clean site, easy to get to. Area was nice and quiet. We needed to get to an event early in the morning nearby and this worked perfect for us. Would happily stay here again!

Great find in a beautiful area!

This camp spot is a great find! We have family in the area and it's hard to find a decent campground that's not for longtermers and doesn't have to be booked months in advance. Boulder County Fairgrounds Campground is a great option, but it's FCFS only and we didn't want to take a chance over Memorial Weekend. Booking was easy, host was responsive with a question, spot is easy to find and to access for our 38 ft MH. Quiet at night and we went for a walk around the neighborhood the next morning. So many birds, bunnies, horses - lovely. We'll definitely stay here again when we pass through.
