Hi! What makes us special? We are Located on over 3 wooded acres of tall Ponderosa Pines, we offer a private 2-bedroom, 1 full and .5 bath Glamping Remodeled beautiful RV. We are a small homestead and raise free range chickens and have a large garden and greenhouse. You will enjoy your own fire pit, and quiet private space. Here's your chance to camp (glamp) without pulling an RV! We are a short drive into the San Juan Mountains, 20 mins from Mesa Verde bring your JEEP or ATV and explore the many historical mines. If you would like a guided tour, just ask us! We are almost always up for a ride! (Added bonus, Doug is geologist and can give you the ROCK history.) Mountain bikers, this is your dream! We are a short drive to Phil's world and Boggy draw riding areas. Your bikes will be safe locked or unlocked to the RV. We have excellent Verizon phone service and do provide onsite WIFI. We do have free range chickens on property, and a couple sweet dogs who shouldn't ever bother you, unless you want them too! Summit lake is 1/4 mile away, a short and easy walk. Great fishing and a nice beach. We have many surrounding trails for some great hikes! Ideal home base for visits to Mesa Verde National Park, Phil's World and Boggy Draw (mountain biking), Hovenweep National Monument, Canyon of the Ancients and so much more! We are 40 mins to Durango, 90 mins to Telluride (take the FREE gondola for a super fun beautiful ride), 20 mins to Cortez. Delicious food can be found in our local restaurants in Mancos and Dolores. In the winter Purgatory Ski Resort is just over an hour. Come play in the Rocky Mountains!Hi everyone! Prepare to be amazed at this beautiful RV home! You will think you've walked into a quaint homey cottage, not an RV! Recently remodeled, 2-bedroom 1 full bath, and one .5 bath, sleeps 5, (possible 6 if a child or small human. SEE NOTE below). Our turnover team thoroughly disinfects and sanitizes all surfaces, linens, including upholstery for every guest. You will enjoy your own private camping space with a lovely firepit to enjoy some smores and campfire. There are numerous surrounding mountains and trails to explore. The owners live in a cabin on the property, but it's blocked from view and your space is quiet and private with its own driveway off the main dirt road. There are two main sleeping areas, the master bedroom with new queen bed and the 2nd bedroom (private with interior door) has two sleeping options; a drop-down queen bed (must climb a short ladder) and a new full-size futon with half bath and separate exit door. Each exit door has a covered awning, and there are great outside spaces to relax in the camping chairs or bring your hammock! ***6th person loft bed is in the kitchen up a high ladder (think bunk bed) with only 3' clearance between ceiling and bed. Bedding provided but the bed will need to be made. We can't do it! Kids 5-6 and up only due to tall ladder, but Kids LOVE this space! (safety railing is in place.) PLEASE ask us if you have a special request. More dogs? More guests? Pet sitting? Need a tent? We will try and accommodate your requests!

What a beautiful experience. Lisa was a great communicator from the moment I booked with them. Their property is beautiful with a stillness that is peaceful. Their camper had everything I needed. It felt like home. Lisa watched my puppy two days while I was in class. She went beyond the call of duty to ensure my stay was perfect. I can’t wait to come back!

Our family of 4, including 2 teens, absolutely loved this space! The RV is set up to receive family and that's exactly what we felt like while staying. The kitchen was stocked, the decor was comfortably cute and the fresh eggs were delicious. Absolutely stunning RV! Lisa thought of all details! There are 2 bathrooms and 1 shower. The location is perfect for Telluride, Durango and Mesa Verde. Delicious restaurants less than 10 minutes away in Mancos. Summit Lake is within walking distance and we saw a beaver family! The star gazing is jaw dropping! A visit to the Durango Resort with hot springs is a must! Lisa and Doug were extremely helpful and offer a variety of ideas on what to do in the area. Although the RV is close to the main house, it's situated to feel as if you were the only structure. We had a blast in SW Colorado and definitely recommend Lisa's RV!

My family loved staying with Lisa. She was spot on with her communication and we appreciated her helpful tips to navigate the area. The RV came equipped with everything to make our stay enjoyable--comfortable beds, full kitchen and refrigerator to prepare meals, and even a washer/dryer to do laundry. The kids loved the loft bed and bunkbed and we all enjoyed making a fire in the pit, with firewood provided. Lisa is truly the quintessential host who has thought of everything to make her guests feel welcome and cared for.

The RV glamping was a fun, comfortable experience! The RV provided everything we needed, was clean and had a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend!!! Lisa was also great with providing all the information!
