Cowtown offers a blend of educational, recreational, and themed experiences that cater to both overnight guests and the public. From themed accommodations to a variety of ranch activities and proximity to the ocean, Cowtown Cabins caters to diverse interests, making it an ideal destination for families, couples, and individuals looking for a unique getaway. It's a destination location where guests can step back in time while enjoying modern comforts, making it a charming retreat for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Howdy Partner! Dust off your boots and glamp at Cowtown Cabins, the beach area's newest ranch experience, featuring a Wild West town in the making! The "County Jail" is a mini-glamping cabin that will take you back to the time of stealing horses and shootouts. However, this slammer comes with a comfy queen-sized bed (in case you have an extra inmate with you.) Enjoy this incarceration time while being 6 miles from Ocean City, MD and Delaware beaches. Inside the cell, you'll have a Smart TV with apps and movies, AC/ heat, mini-fridge and a coffee maker. If you get released early, you can sit out on the porch and enjoy two rocking chairs or some "yard time" around the firepit and BBQ :) What can you expect? GLAMPING of course!! Come prepared and expect mixtures of both camping outdoors and glamping! (((((((While our bathhouse is still under construction, there is access to a FLUSHABLE portable potty, an outdoor sink, and an outdoor hot/cold shower. See pictures. Please, no prissy prisoners!)))))) While here at the ranch, you can also enjoy one of our many on-site experiences, such as "Chores N' Tour" (feeding, watering, and learning about 20+ farm animals) and happens at 10am daily. Other ranch activities require an appointment like: "Brush N' Bond" (brushing horses together and basic ground safety), Canvas painting under the oak tree, Project Poo (maintaining animal pens and making garden compost) or try out my specialty, horse whispering (learning the language of the horse.) This stay caters to couples, two friends or relatives getting away and looking to unwind in a peaceful, unique setting and engage in memorable experiences. We're also popular for parent/ child trips, surprise birthdays, wedding proposals, family reunions, groups, and retreats. Renting multiple units or adjacent units is easy, just message about setting up your surprise day or renting a couple of units or the entire ranch for your special event- and YES, we do western-style weddings too! Cowtown Glamping Cabins is just minutes from Maryland, Delaware beaches and is surround with restaurants galore. Nearby is Thunder Lagoon Waterpark, live concerts at Freeman Stage, local vineyards, grocery stores, McDonald's, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Ocean Downs Casino, hiking and biking at James Farm Ecological Park, kayak rentals and more. Everything you could want is at your fingertips and very close by. If you desire to be at the beach, but skip the loud condo neighbors and buzzing OC crowds, then this is the place for you! *** Quick Note: We DO NOT have an option for early check-ins, luggage drop offs or late checkouts.
