Our family and dog friendly touring park, open from March to November, features spacious grass and hardstanding pitches with electric hook-ups, plus a cosy ready tent nestled in its own private apple orchard. Overlooking old wild flower meadows in a peaceful location, this is the perfect escape from everyday life. Our amenities include : Family bathrooms with Free hot showers. Children's play area. Natural wildlife pond. Electric hook ups available. Flat level spacious grass and hard standing pitches suitable for tents, caravans, campervans, motorhomes and tent boxes. Grey water waste disposal. Chemical disposal point (Eco chemical accepted. NO BLUE CHEMICAL ACCEPTED) Indoor washing up area. Secluded pitches. Non electric pitches available. Undercover seating area for food orders. Cream tea, homemade pizza and pasta dishes made to order. Homemade stone baked pizzas each day from 6pm (24 Hours notice required) Cream teas and home made ice cream available which are all freshly made to order. Abbey Green Farm has won numerous awards, including The Sunday Times top 20 Campsites in the UK. Located 6 miles south of Whitchurch, 12 miles North of Shrewsbury. Two excellent pubs within 3 miles. Surrounded by quiet country lanes, perfect for cycling and walking. Vintage bike hire is also available. 1 well behaved dog accepted but must be kept on a lead at all times. No campfires.
