Nice Trip!
Camping at the 100% Dad Headquarters is certainly recommended. Easy, instant booking and responsive hosts. The water is clean, the air is fresh, and the weather can't be better. Good location to explore the surrounding forests. There are some good walking trails on the property and the land is flat and mostly solid. I would avoid the back of the property with heavier vehicles like ours as they have soft sand.

Easy
Inexpensive, safe area across from school mid town. Easy, level grounds, water and sewer if you need. Firepit. Rough hewn but easy to get to. Do your thing!

Place to Rest Your Rump
Nice Neighbors. Walking Trails. There is a Lake somewhere that I haven't found yet. The ground is flat and stable enough for my 32' Class A. The water tastes okay and the air is clean. It can be a bit noisy at night on the weekends but so can we, so it all balances out.(Emergency Vehicles From Nearby Station). The sand is soft on the trails so not good for anything but OHV's or ATV's.

Loved the “FIVE OAKS!” 😊👍🏼
Dad’s was the perfect spot for us to try out our off grid capabilities at an affordable price, without having to go off into the boonies! It was so easy to get to, only a block off the main drag. We felt safe and relaxed… loved the gorgeous “FIVE OAKS” at the entrance to his beautiful woods right behind our campsite in the open field!
Townsend, our host was super nice and welcoming. We were going to stay just a night or two but ended up staying almost a week. It was just the right spot for us! 😊👍🏼

RV 30amp #3 at the Pavilion
Inexpensive location about 45 minutes from Gainesville and an hour from St Augustine. Quiet nights, small town noise in the day time (night school across the street and library next door). Good star watching location - fairly dark.

Small town boondocking
It basic boondocking in a small town. Relatively safe site in a small town with water and sewer available on site with plant if opportunity for shade or good solar. There is a fair amount of road noise and activity from the high school across the street during the day, but it's quiet at night. Watch out for the stickers in the grass in places. It's a great option!
