Private, gated waterfront estate on the shores of Choctawhatchee Bay. Close to the activities on 30A and the Gulf of Mexico (7 minutes) but secluded enough to feel like you have your own private piece of paradise with amazing sunset views. The bay is full of life: watch mullet jump, catch crabs, watch for dolphins and sting rays. If you enjoy fishing, try night fishing on the dock, too. Bay charters come to the waters around our dock on their excursions! If you bring a boat, Cessna Landing is just under 2 miles away with a very nice boat launch. Tie your boat to our dock for the duration of your visit. Boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, swimming, sunset watching, bicycling and campfires are a few things to enjoy while at the 30A Bay Hideaway. Sunset viewing deck, bay beach/dock, fire pit and an outdoor shower and sink with hot water and an outdoor mini-fridge are included in the listing. Owners are not onsite during rental periods and the property is limited to one RV site so you can be sure you will have the property all to yourself!1 acre directly on Choctawhatchee Bay in Santa Rosa Beach with a private beach, dock and pond. Stunning panoramic views of the Bay and salt marsh. 7 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico and all the great restaurants and experiences of Walton County's 30A. Close but secluded enough to feel like you have your own private piece of paradise with amazing sunsets and sunrises! Spot numerous bird species, watch mullet jump, catch crabs, and look for dolphins. If you enjoy fishing, try night fishing on the dock, too. Owners are not onsite during rental periods so you will have the place all to yourselves. FOR BOOKINGS CREATED AFTER MAY 31, 2021, use of the Washer/dryer, screen porch and 1/2 bath is NOT INCLUDED. This is our vacation home but as we have busy lives with small children and we want to share this amazing place with others when we can't enjoy it. A few cautions: 1. At certain times of the year the noseeums and mosquitos can be plentiful, bring bug spray! 2. 30A Bay Getaway is located in a natural environment with lots of wildlife. Use caution and common sense. 3. When the winter winds are blowing out of the northwest, it can be breezy and chilly. 4. We recommend taking awnings in every evening year-round as storms blow in across the bay occasionally. 5. Water levels will vary based upon the tides and wind conditions. During the winter low tides may reduce boat access to the dock. Check-in is 3 PM. No check-in after 10 PM. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM.

Beautiful spot as described. Completely private on the water. We sadly had bad weather and weren't able to enjoy all the offerings but I would recommend this spot without hesitation. The owners were easy to communicate with and were very nice.

What a BEAUTIFUL spot. So private. So conveniently located to the 30A. Full hookups was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Private Waterfront w/ Beach & Dock

Had a great time at this site, it is as advertised and felt very private. My dog had a blast running around and we enjoyed sitting on the dock all day. The site is also a close drive to the 30A beaches, but I liked staying on the bayside, it was quieter and we enjoyed lots of wildlife sightings. Hope to be back when the weather is a bit less windy so we can enjoy the kayaks! Thanks for a great trip!

Private Waterfront w/ Beach & Dock

My family and I enjoyed Camping here. We brought all of our large dogs. They loved the space as much as we did. This location felt remote even though we were only a few minutes away from dining and shopping. The owners were very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely recomend this place to anyone looking for a great time.
