Site 1 - Caceres Organic Blueberry Farms
This hipcamp is a Florida gem hidden away, campsites are flat, mostly private on a beautiful farm. I arrived just past dark and the host helped me find my site via phone directions which was super helpful. Dark skies for star gazing, awesome firewood and firepits and i love that each site has their own picnic table.

Highly Recommend
Terrific -- quiet, private, comfortable site (Site 1, but all sites seemed the same). I was in town for a few days tent camping -- this spot was perfect. Highly recommend .

Great experience.
We had an amazing experience while staying at Richard’s Land. When we were there he was out of town but we were still taken care of. We did buy wood on the app and it wasnt delivered until we were leaving but I’ll just take it as a fluke he wasn’t in town. It was such a great experience I don’t even want a refund for the wood. Beautiful property really well located. Just know if you’re a hammock hanger there is nowhere to hang your own hammock. The solar showers are awesome!!

7 of us stayed on Richard’s farm for 3 days. I was a girl scout for half my life, earned my Bronze, Silver & Gold award. I’ve camped all over northeast Florida and this was the worst camping experience I’ve ever had. There is now a rope going through the pond to mark the property line. The owner of the campground owns less than 50% of the pond. In the description of the campground it states, “We also have an active u-pick program during the blueberry and peach harvests (late March to early June) available to Hip Campers.” We were later told that we were not allowed to touch the blueberries. We were told we could buy some but they were sold out until the following day, the day of our departure. Owner’s dog will never leave, he basically sits under you while you’re eating. Site owner’s neighbor should be mentioned on arrival. At night, a few of our kids went to look at the water and shined their flashlights on the other side of the pond. The neighbor shot off a gun as a warning to not come on his property, obviously scaring the kids. A gun going off near you at night would scare anybody. Later that night we were accused by the owner of trespassing on his neighbors property and picking mushrooms in his field. In actuality, we had never left our designated area (campsite and pond area). We drove 2 hours to camp on a farm and eat blueberries, trespassing was not in our itinerary.
Overall, we felt like a nuisance. There were several things that should have been disclosed.

We had a great time at the Organic Blueberry farm. I think our dog Vader had the best time, he made a friend and there was plenty of room to throw his ball. Nice fire pit and picnic table at the campsite.
