Camp Champ Adventure
Great stay - fossil hunting & fun.
A menagerie of animals - two donkeys, a mini-pony, chickens, cows, and more - the kids loved all of the creatures and the property. Our primary goal was to go fossil hunting. Even with recent rains, the water levels were decent. We used the kayaks ($50/day rental - everything provided) and paddled up stream to some of the gravel beds and found lots of small shark teeth, turtle shell parts, and other fossils. No, we didn't see any gators or snakes. We will return for sure.

Everything. Got to meet the Goats and play with them. Greeted by the camp 🐕 and a couple cats stopped by for a visit.
Saw several 🦌 deer and a very small fawn. Staff was great as always.
Would be a great place to live or work.

It was ok but the cabin was not clean at all and also the showers feed from the river witch is ok when the river is up and flowing and the water that comes out in the showers smelled stagnant. I am from here and have been on this river my whole life and I am not afraid to take a bath in it but will always find a flowing spot to do so over all it was good for my son and his friend to stay at and it is close to home just wish the cabins were cleaner

Tiny House
Great experience with the family. Wanted to do something to get kids out of their room and put the electronics down and it did that. They never even mentioned them the whole time we was there. Thank you for that.
