Short Overnight

We wanted a break in our long travel time to get to our final destination. This was a quick overnight. We got a much later start than anticipated. I text Maurice to let him know we would be coming in late. He immediately responded and let me know it would not be a problem. The campsite was well lit for our late arrival. Spot was perfect for overnight. The restroom was very clean!
It was definitely not a problem but the road coming into the property is not paved. It was a little muddy from all the rain. Most true campers don’t care about a little mud. 😉
Centrally located! Would stay here again!

Tent
Very private and level campsite. It was easy to find. We didn't use the hookups, so I can't comment on that, but there was good water pressure and a new modular bathroom. We were unable to get power to the bathroom but it wasn't a big deal for us.

THE Ultimate Spot

This spot is the perfect spot for privacy and space. The property is a mix of open space and trails thay loop throughout. It was the Ultimate spot for us since we have 3 dogs. I think it would be perfect for families. There is a large solar farm across the road so you occasionally hear workers outside but it is entirely quiet otherwise. We also want to give Maurice huge bonus points for being awesome. He is a great host, flexible, great communicator. We will most certainly be back even if it is just to see Maurice!

We loved that we had a peaceful space to park for the night. Spent a few hours letting our kids and dog run around and play. We would have spent much more time hanging out in this quiet corner if we weren't just passing through. It was as good as expected!

We booked this spot to escape Hurricane Milton, and it turned out to be the perfect mini vacation for me, my boyfriend, and our two dogs. The wide-open space allowed the dogs to wander freely, and I didn’t have to worry about them, which is exactly what I wanted for them! The peaceful environment, combined with the beautiful surroundings, gave us the ideal getaway to relax and enjoy some quality time together. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge!
