All to yourself
100% of recent Hipcampers say this Hipcamp felt private.
Don't stay in the middle of another loud, packed campground. Enjoy the peace and quiet that only comes from staying in a quiet rural setting with absolutely NO other campers onsite. At Koblasz Farms, the value is in the privacy. You get the property to yourself, guaranteed. Walk with the animals. Talk with the animals. Koblasz Farms is one of the few farms remaining in Seminole County, and the only breeder of registered Scottish Highland Cattle. These beautiful girls are part of the oldest registered breed of cattle in the world. They will take your breath away as they mingle in your surrounding pastures. If you are lucky, you may even see one born. Few things in life are cuter than Scottish Highland calves, unless you ask the mini-donkeys or the goats that will do their best to convince you otherwise. Feeding experiences available. And wildlife abounds. You can expect to see deer, wild turkeys, eagles, hawks, cormorants, cranes, turtles, and other wildlife. Let's talk fishing. Our pond has been stocked with large mouth bass, shiners, bluegills, and shellcrackers. Catch and release only. We are conveniently located 40 minutes from Disney, an hour from Daytona Beach, 50 minutes from New Smyrna Beach, and 20 minutes from downtown Orlando. We are also minutes away from parks for hiking, picnicing, kayaking and canoeing on the Little Wekiva River including the Wekiva River State Park, Katie's Landing, and Wekiva Landing.Experience the beauty of our farm with our spacious pasture conveniently located at the front. Park your RV or 5th wheel on our sturdy gravel driveway. Enjoy the amenities we offer including a picnic table, fire pit, and fresh water hookup. You'll have plenty of space to connect to your satellite system and make the most of your stay.

I recently stayed at this charming family farm, and it was such a wonderful experience! My camper was down, but I couldn’t resist us visiting, so I rented a camper instead of opting for an Airbnb—and it was absolutely worth it. The farm was quiet and peaceful, and my toddler had the best time feeding the adorable Highland cows. The whole experience felt like a perfect escape from the busy city. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a unique and relaxing getaway!

What went well? Everything! After weather emergency, we needed to make alternate plans for a gulf coast visit. rob and Margarita were the perfect hosts along with Carlos bar manager and his have beautiful dog Cora Rob had met us at the gate and gave us all the Australian instructions. They were simple to follow the set he had was perfect. He was helpful and willing to share lots of information about his operation. Their farm is immaculate. The animals in their care are beautifully maintained, and the surroundings are bucolic. They were all so happy to share information and answer any questions. Helpful hint , Bring carrots, apples, and fig newtons if you really feel like making new best friends of their farm family. The street is quiet and beautiful. The surroundings are just what you needed to get away and do something really different. If you are curious, I’m willing to learn there’s so much They are willing to share. A donkeys, Nigerian goats, Scottish Highlander, cattle and Holstein cows are just some beautiful creatures they care for. I can’t say enough good things about our surprise night staying with The KOLBASZ family. We highly recommend you check them out. It was truly an unforgettable experience. I guess the hurricane wasn’t the worst thing for us. It provided us the opportunity to explore something out of the norm. And it was fantastic.
