100% of recent Hipcampers say the sites felt private.
First site is a 12x32 concrete slab with city water and a 30 amp camper electric service. The second site (near the rear of the property) is a 10x14 concrete slab with city water and a household electric service of about 13 amps. No sewage facilities for both sites, must have black water holding tanks. Located on an acre with Grissom Pkwy in the back. Very near the restaurant "Jabbers". Great views of rocket launches, just a few miles from Publix, other shops and other restaurants. About a mile to the Indian River, about five miles to the Banana River, about 12 miles to the beach. Also, about 25 miles to the Space Center.

North Camping Site
Great Host
This was fantastic place for me to camp. I have a 25 foot trailer that fits perfect on the new concrete pad. He has 30 amp power box and water installed in an ideal location. I went to Merritt Island every day. It's a quick and easy trip from this location. He was very personable and helpful knew the area well recommending places of interest along with good restaurants to eat at. I will definitely be back when I'm in this area.

Nice Site and Host
Sandy was great, very friendly and communicative. The pad was level, water and electric worked well. We were able to see a launch from the back yard!

Highly recommend!
Great place! Host had great communication before and during our stay, he was very welcoming and helpful. The site itself is very well taken care of and private, also perfectly level and the water/electric worked great. Location is close to everything as well. No complaints. Highly recommend!!!
