Come get back to nature with camping at your comfort level and YES, we have A/C AND MINI HEATERS and a mini-fridge in all of our cabins. PLEASE note that there IS A PET FEE and AND WOOD FEE and it must be added when you complete booking (as Extras). Kayaks available for rent too! Whether you'd like a tent site (tents available) or a rustic cabin with lofts, we have what you're looking for. Get out of the city and get into nature. Just over an hour drive from Tampa or Orlando and you'll be laying in a hammock or making s'mores by the campfire. BUT REMEMBER, you are IN THE WOODS.. Bugs live in the woods and eliminating them all is never possible. Bring spray :) We spray weekly but there are all kinds of bugs around because you're camping! We even have Kayaks available for rent to head to Crystal River or Lake Henderson!

The Barn (Big Red)

I loved the experience. Staying at the Barn was awesome. Cabin is so comfy and relaxing. Thank you Amy for your attention. My boy loved to camping there and eat snores.

The Barn (Big Red)

Awesome!

Big Red and the space around it were awesome! Rustic experience (which is what we were going for), with outdoor shower/toilet and private setting a bit off the road. Big Red was so cozy! Bed was comfy with lots of pillows and extra blankets provided and the A.C. unit worked great! Amy was very responsive and even had firewood waiting for us upon our arrival! Would definitely stay again and recommend Big Red! :)

The Beach House

We had a great time . Fire pit area was perfect . The outdoor shower was AMAZING after a long day paddling on river.

The WOODS TOO

Basic needs met

The campsite for tents was rough terrain and quite messy due to a trailer being torn down recently. There was broken glass along our trail and would not recommend walking without shoes on. Secluded location but highway traffic noise is prominent throughout the evening and early morning. Toilet and showering was provided but very rustic (water was not super clean and shower was basic outdoor without much coverage). No trash cans are provided and you are expected to throw your biohazard waste at a local gas station, which we did not do. Overall the basics are met, but the upgrades will make for a better stay in the future.

The Barn (Big Red)

We loved camping at the Big red! Really relaxing and a great experience if you want to get away and have some privacy. All the amenities, comfy bed, fridge, couch, Bluetooth speaker, nice seating area by fire and plenty of room.
