Homosassa is an old Florida fishing town that is a hidden gem along the gulf coast, this site is nestled quietly at the head of the river. This location is close to Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park where you can discover the wild side of Florida with endangered Florida panther, red wolf, manatee and whooping crane, plus black bear, bobcat and, of course, alligator. The site is located 150 ft from the dock on our private residential property at the head of the springs. This is a residential area and is very quiet.  This listing is for the SITE ONLY. Setup your own RV under the shade then enjoy our shared dock with direct access into the Homosassa springs for a refreshing dip or paddle. We provide full hookups (water, sewer, 50amp electric) for your RV as well as WIFI service and access to the docks for your boat or swimming. We have kayaks and paddleboards INCLUDED with our site or bring your own to paddle the springs and take a chance at seeing a manatee up close and personal or catching some fish. Homosassa Springs RV SITE with dock
Enjoyed the location. Site has an excellent gravel pad which was appreciated as we had rain on the day we stayed. Will be back again to make use of the kayaks to see the manatees.

Hidden Gem
It is so incredible and I can't wait to go back. We used the paddle boards and kayaks. The water is absolutely beautiful. It has everything you need; dump station, power and water, in the shade. This is a special place.

Thank You so much Alonda and Alan for letting us enjoy this special place You have! It’s a beautiful and very quiet neighborhood with access to a deck where we could use to go kayaking and explore some nature or just simply have a coffee. We had littel problem with the lights as we arrived after dark and Alonda was so kind and helpful making sure everything was working for us. We really had a great time!!!

Homosassa Springs RV SITE with dock
We loved this campsite!! It was absolutely perfect. It is very private with plenty of space and full hook up too. The springs are just a few feet away and we kayaked, snorkeled and swam in the refreshing water everyday. There were several manatees that swam alongside us. Such a neat experience. I look forward to booking this site again. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us.
