We are 6 minutes from Eatons Beach. 10 minutes from Gator Joe’s both excellent restaurants on a lake beach. The famous The Villages is between 15 and 30 minutes away. 15 minutes from Walmart, BJ’s, Aldi, Publix and all famous restaurants.Very serene and beautiful private spot, monthly rental welcome, make it home! Water, sewer, power and internet included! 6 minutes to Lake weir’s beautiful and fun Eatons Beach and very close to other great spots like Carney Island Park and boat ramp.
