Primitive no Hookups and no dumping. Reconnect with nature, a beautiful private 1 acre wooded RV site with gorgeous magnolias and pines overlooking Apalachicola Bay. Share access to a private dock with two boat slips and great fishing. Beautiful trees you can hang your hammocks or just walk through the woods. Be ready to see beautiful sunrises and sunsets. You may see dolphins, manatees, pelicans, and mullets jumping. Kayaking, canoeing, fishing or even swimming off the dock. There's wildlife watching right from your own campsite such as dolphins chasing mullets or just playing. Learn more about this land:  Vehicle access is pull-through. Pull in from Hwy 98 or from CC Land at the rear of the property.  The RV's surface area is loose gravel and will require leveling. We can accommodate vehicles up to 55 ft. maximum length and RV slide outs. Campfires are allowed within local regulations.  Pets are welcome! Please keep your pet on leash at all times. We have chickens and rabbits. We are right off US-98, there may be some traffic noise. The property was truly beautiful and shaded with so many magnolia trees and pines. It was private yet conveniently located off of the highway and between both Apalachicola and Carrabelle. We loved our stay and would stay here again.

Hidden secret!
This is one of my favorite places to stay when passing through. Eastpoint is overlooked, but that wonderful place that is growing. Met wonderful ppl. The dock is phenomenal…my fav is relaxing and disconnecting before my destination nearby (Golf Course). I often skip a review, because I hope it doesn’t get well known. I have stayed on and off for over 3 years and can tell you it is a wonderful find. Whether reading, listening to podcasts, studying, or watching a movie I have good memories. Private, secure, and relaxing.

A Perfect Spot to Land!
The site was a beautiful, gracious, private, and peaceful place to land with a lovely ocean view. Very nicely prepared with visitors in mind, with fire pit, chairs, picnic table and a full size garbage can. Five stars!

Very well cared for and welcoming space. He provided firewood, fire pit, chairs, hammock and sitting chairs on the pier.

Magnolias Bay RV Site + Dock
What a beautiful peaceful site this was. Gorgeous views of the water tucked back into the magnolias and palmettos. The campground was perfectly manicured and was complete with campfire pit, chairs, lounge seats, picnic table, and a cozy hammock. Directions were simple, and we easily found our slice of Florida heaven.

Perfect stay!!
We had a great stay!! Robert's place is so thoughtfully laid out. We would stay here again. We loved the view from the camp site and the dock. We watched the sunset and sunrise from the dock.
