Quiet cabin located on 6 acres bordered by Ocala National Forest with Marsh connected to Big Lake Kerr in front. Lots of waterfowl, deer, birds, and the occasional bear in the yard. Separated from the residence on property with plenty of room to enjoy the peace and quiet of the forest. Located 1/4 mile from the FL hiking trail, 6 miles from Salt Springs, 4 boatramps within 15 minutes, little over hour from Crescent Beach and multiple springs, lakes, rivers and parks locally. Perfect for hikers and fishermen!The cabin is a remodeled 1 bedroom rv park model that sits on the West side of property, against the forest. Surrounded by trees, with a view of beautiful marsh in front to enjoy private sunrises thru the glass doors from bed or moonlight nights. Marsh is currently not accessible by boat, public boat ramp for Lk Kerr is a 5min drive. Firepit and hammock available. Firestick TV, ac & heat, and wifi is also available. This is the forest and we have all the animals, reptiles and insects in the area that you will find in the woods. Quiet area, no outside lights unless you leave one on.
