You'll have a great basecamp on this relaxing grassy spot in the heart of Downtown Pensacola! Located in the waterfront community of Sanders Beach which means you can walk to The Oar House or Pensacola Yacht Club. Semi-secluded with great access to all that our beautiful area has to offer. It's just a 3 minute drive to Palafox St., 15 minutes to the beach, or 10 minutes to NAS Pensacola. We love riding our bikes from the property into downtown and into Gulf Breeze. You can catch a brief glimpse of the Blue Angels practicing during their home season from the property (pardon their noise, it's the sound of freedom!).NO ELECTRICAL HOOKUPS. Site #1 is the grassy area next to the large metal building in the back. There is a 25 ft length limit for your rig (not including tow vehicle) and a 13.5â clearance height restriction. You'll have access to a fresh water fill up. There is no electricity available at this time. Guests have access to the immediate grassy area and the covered patio area near the metal building featuring 2 chairs for your convenience! The site is located on a parcel of land with a few homes on it, however the site is in the back and somewhat secluded. There is a height restriction due to power lines (no 5th wheels or class A's). There is parking for a RV and one additional vehicle at the site.

Super communications/directions and location is an easy 7 minute drive from downtown.
As Sarah mentioned the Oar House, just a short walk away, we had to check it out. There are plenty of menu options, good food at reasonable prices and who doesnât like happy hour (from 4-6pm)
We heard a bit of traffic noise but it didnât stop us from having a good nights sleep. Would definitely come back!
I loved this location! Very close to the historic downtown and the area for walking the dogs was great. It is shaded which was nice but did pose some issues with the solar panels. Thanks Danielle!
