Beautiful, quiet, small town atmosphere great for golf carts or family bike rides or sportsmen. Located close to great restaurants and bars (some even walking distance) this can be the perfect place to just relax and enjoy the Florida gulf coast. This back in lot is .25 acres with a 30 amp hook up, water and sewer on a slab and offers an outdoor shower. With an outdoor shower perfect after beaching and boating, washer and a clothes line for wet bathing suits and towels this is the perfect spot to relax after fun in the sun. You are in a perfect location that is walking distance to local restaurants, bars, food truck lot, a bike path, a dog park and dollar general. RV's will need to back-in to access campsite. The RV surface is concrete pad that is 30’x30 with gravel on the driveway’. The campsite can accommodate vehicles up to 38 feet maximum length and RV slideouts. There's 30A and 50A electricity, water, and sewage hookups. Campfires are allowed within local regulations.

Overall we had a great experience! Close to the beach! Wi-Fi was great! Bring extra sewer pipe. The pad is very unlevel on the fence side like 4". They have a 4 by 4 we used. It took a hour to set up. Be sure and eat at killer seafood it was brick and morter before hurricane now food truck but still fantastic.

We love staying at Rum Runner! We've stayed here before and absolutely love the quiet neighborhood, friendly people and close proximity to our favorite beach. Leila installed wi-fi this year, which worked great! We will definitely come back!

Hate to leave a GREAT REVIEW but...

I almost hate to leave a great review because this large lot may not be available next time we want it. This is the 2nd time that we have stayed here for a month and we just love being just a block off the beach. You can walk down every night for a sunset. Our 38ft class A just fits, the large washer in the shed is awesome and Palm trees swaying in your residential lot that you share with NO ONE! ❤️

Just a block from the beach! We loved it. Just be careful where you park on the side of the road to get to the beach, the sand is super soft and you'll get stuck like we did! Had to call a tow truck ($100 out the window 🥴).

We loved the location! Short walk to a beautiful beach. The site itself has some issues. We have a 37ft Class A and didn’t fit on the (broken) concrete pad which made leveling difficult. The sewer hookups were too far back and too high off the ground. Undecided if we’d stay here again; would look for better options first.
