This unique destination is one Florida’s natural beautiful getaways! Learn more about this land: Swart Estate is a private residential gated homesteaded property! Now that my children are gone, I am extending my residence for family reunions and church groups on a limited basis due to homestead exemptions as this is my private full time residence. This property is available on a first come, first serve basis, exclusive to 1 group at a time. I am a retired Army veteran and a custodian of nature, I am willing to share my hard work, the solace of nature and this beautiful natural estate. We have over 3000 beautiful oak trees and tons of accommodations for your stay including: full outdoor kitchen, onsite outdoor covered patio with a bar, shooting range, live free range chicken eggs, and all the privacy desired. Say hi to our goats and hogs on the land, and feel free to use the land to bring toys, boats, etc. We have access to a special sunset tower, as seen in photos, accessible by request. Local Events: Perfect accomodation within 30 minutes of Sebring Race Week, Quail Creek Skeet Shoot and Annual Bass Pro Tournaments and more! We are just 2 miles from Kissimmee Prairie State Park, we highly recommend you visit. We have local affiliate resources to assist in lining up your outdoor excursions. Surpassing all expectations!!!

David provided us with an exceptional camping experience. His land is meticulously maintained, with something fun to do at every corner. He is a wonderful host as is his little helper. There is plenty to do for adults and children of all ages.

David is an exceptional host with an exceptional property. We especially enjoyed meeting all the animals and shooting some archery during our stay. Beautiful forested area was perfect for tent camping. David has gone above and beyond to provide a unique and welcoming environment. Can’t wait to visit again!

Great stay!

Enjoyed our stay there in our 30ft Airstream. Plenty of room! Dave is very friendly and made sure everything was perfect. Love the goats and especially their new addition “Spring”. She was born the day before I got there. We look forward to staying there again.

Swart Estate

We had a great time at the Swart Estate. David was a good host and the property was awesome. I enjoyed feeding the animals and peacefulness of being in the country. The gun range was fun and we also shot at the archery range. He has power which was a bonus. The outdoor sitting area with a grill made it easy to make our own meals. The property has an outdoor shower and sink to wash dishes. I plan on making a return trip in the near future. I would definitely recommend staying at the Swart Estate.

Awesome camping trip

Very happy with staying at the swart estates! There is more then enough land to pick where you want to camp on his gorgeous property. David was a awesome host and he keeps his property well maintained. You can keep busy with his animals, swings, shooting range, fire pits, or out door bar setup but if you dont want to be bothered theres more then enough room for privacy to enjoy the sound of nature. I think our favorite part of the weekend was listening for the owls at night. Cant wait to go back!
