This beautiful half acre riverfront campsite on the Chipola River is equipped with all the amenities you need to fully enjoy your time whether you’re on the water or around the campfire. Our private, full hookup campsite is pet-friendly and allows for fishing and swimming to your heart’s content. You are free to bring canoes and kayaks for trips along the Chipola River and Spring Creek as well. While you’re on the water, visit a local spring located just 600 yards from the campsite. A short drive from the campsite will allow you to see many of Marianna’s local attractions, such as the Florida Caverns State Park, Hinson Conservation & Recreation Area, and Merritt’s Mill Pond. Our site includes: Potable Water Sewer Electric (50, 30, and 20 amp) Fire Ring Picnic Table 4 Chairs Trash BinYou will have the entire half acre site to yourself.

This little spot on the river is so quiet. Perfect getaway to relax. Surrounding area is peaceful, just sit by the river and listen to nature. We will definitely be back!

Loved this riverfront campsite! Everything is well maintained and taken care of. We paddle boarded, fished and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The river is beautiful and the small spring is very close by. Definitely on our favorites list!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this campsite! The location is perfect—right on the beautiful Chipola River, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The site itself was immaculate and well-maintained, making for a truly comfortable stay. The hosts were phenomenal—welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made the experience even better. If you love kayaking, this is the perfect spot! The river access is ideal, and the surroundings are just breathtaking. We’re already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend this hidden gem!
