No sewage but Wi-Fi is included. Trash pickup is included as well. The campsite is rural but easy accessible and got multiple grocery stores and much more close by. We the owners, will be your neighbors ( on the same property) so we can assist you with your needs. At this moment we have a 30 amp extension cord and a water hose.
