Brand new waterfront tiny house with amazing sunsets and views đ Message me for weekly and monthly significant discounts. Bring your boat and toys as thereâs so much to do in nature. Fish off the deck or from the yard, zip over to the springs in 10 minutes or head over to the St Johns river for a meal. The tiny house has a vegetable garden you are free to do with as you please as well as cornhole and games for your use under the 5th wheel. There is a camp store on site for snacks, bait, drinks, ice, fire wood etc. We are surrounded by conservation land and we have one of the highest populations of bald eagles. We also have friendly squirrels that love to tap on the door for nuts đĽ in the morning. Turtles, small alligators and a very diverse bird population to name a few are always around.Lovely and peaceful brand new tiny house in a very quiet campground. Just a whole lot of beautiful nature. It is our most private site as it is located next to our barn on one side with a fence and the other is a grassy area with another fence. There is everything you might need for a long weekend or even a month and we give a significant monthly discount. The house is equipped with a Queen sized bed, small closet storage as well as under bed storage drawers. Flushing toilet, rain shower head and big kitchen sink. Two burner induction stove as well as a convection oven/air fryer combo. Smaller apartment fridge and all the pots and kitchenware you might need. There is a small fold down table in the living room that can be used for meals or as a desk for working and there is a larger table on the deck for meals as well. Suitable for a couple as there is only one bed. The couch does not fold out but could also be used as a bed. A small 2 person tent could also possibly be set up outside.
Fantastic house, hosts and campground...so peaceful and quiet with sunsets that rival those we see here on the gulf coast. Everything we needed was in the house with the bed being surprisingly comfortable. Perfect home base with plenty to do within about a 50 mile radius (springs, lakes, quaint downtowns). Will be back I am sure!
We had booked the tiny cabin for a few days this week, sadly, we decided to cut our visit short as hurricane Milton was/is approaching. This is the perfect little cabin, with everything you need for a getaway! Hosts are so nice, quick to reply, very helpful and informative. We chose this cabin for the nature experience and although the weather had other plans for us, we were still able to enjoy some of Floridas magical wildlife. We wish everyone the best with this horrible hurricane approaching and hope we have the chance to come back and enjoy this tiny cabin in all it's sunsets glory again one day. Thanks for the experience and sending all luck and prayers your way!
This rv and marina is fantastic! We went during the week and there were not alot of visitors, we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Our tiny house was so cozy and comfortable and private. The people we met were friendly and the staff was amazing. Thank you Whitney for allowing us to visit this peaceful gem of Florida.
