Enjoy a quite country atmosphere conveniently located minutes from I295 in Jacksonville. Bring your bathing suites, and fishing poles because this seven acres has a spring fed lake loaded with fish, and clear water ideal for swimming. The sites are spacious, and sites 1&2 have full hook ups (50 amp elect, water, and sewage). -note- Your children do not get charged as additional guests (you pay enough for them already). -note- Sites 3-6 do not have water hook ups, but have easy access to well water on my property. - text or call for gate code (gate closes automatically). -Message with any questions, I'll be happy to answer them.-

Great spot, Nice host

Great spot on gated, private property. Its close to a few park woth pickleball access. Also, near Jacksonville. The host, Kenny, is very helpful and accomodating. We felt safe and at ease.

Oh what a beautiful morning

I stayed at Kenny’s place right after Hurricane Helene. Kenny helped put neighboring towns back together I stayed at his lovely site overnight It was right by a sere lake with lily pads and various life around including cows in the distance It was a wonderful site and I woke to a glorious morning I felt very safe I was inside a gated area I would definitely go back

THANK YOU!

We didn't have the right connection for his power pole upon arrival, and despite how late it was, he was kind enough to step out with the adapter that we needed, politely chat us up a bit, and offered to assist with anything further. All we really needed was some rest, so we were immensely grateful and definitely will keep his spot in mind in the future. The nature sounds off the pond were perfectly relaxing, and we were happy to keep along on our way the following day, fully rejuvinated. :)

Kenny is a great host. Very accommodating and the property is what we expected. Had fun fishing in the pond and the peace and quiet was much needed. Will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay on Kenny’s property. It was conveniently located and quiet. He was very informative and personable. Our grandkids loved fishing and swimming there! If we travel to FL again, we would definitely stay there!
