Full hook-up extra large RV LOT right off North Cape San Blas Rd. Sunrise views of St Joe Bay and a short walk or bike to the beach (approx .4 miles from site). Located on an acre and a half lot stretching from Cape San Blas Rd to the bay, there is plenty of room for extra cars, boat parking, and complete privacy. Direct access to St Joe Bay from private dock should be done 2025.Located just South of Cape Palms park, you will be a short 10 minute walk (or 1 minute bike ride) to the beautiful, uncrowded white sand beach and clear waters of Cape San Blas. Another minute North and you can access Rish Park with a long stretches of beach and access to both the beachside and bayside. Take a 13 minute walk or 3 minute bike ride to the coffee, ice cream, donut shop, and Cape Trading Post for your essentials. St Joe Shrimp company is also within walking distance for fresh seafood to cook yourself or dine in. Enjoy both sunrise and sunset from the same place on this lovely and wild peninsula. We love the old Florida vibe. The RV pad is extra large on our 1.7 acre lot. We face a beautiful morning sunrise and the lot is shaded in the afternoon heat. We have a picnic table and outdoor shower. We will be adding a paved area, fire pit and private bay dock to the site soon. We are about 30 feet off the road, unlike many other sites, and it is actually very quiet and peaceful. The bike path crosses our driveway and takes you all along the Cape. There are sandy areas and plenty of space for kids to play and explore as well. There is currently no bay access until our dock is built, although there are bay views.

Great spring break!

We had a great time! This was only our second trip in our class A motor home and set up was a breeze. All of the plugs and hookups worked great. The driveway was just fine for us, we had no issues entering or exiting the site. The location was wonderful. Short drive or bike ride to the beach and the area was quiet and peaceful. We’ll be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the Cape! The site was perfectly level, and all electric / water / septic hookups were in great condition. The site is next to a fairly busy road but that didn’t bother us. The site has great trash facilities, it was right on a walking / biking path and close to everything (public beach, park, seafood market). The additional outdoor rinse station was also a plus! We would stay there again.

We enjoyed this campsite very much during our recent visit! Very conveniently located for a short bike ride to a couple of restaurants, shops, and public beach access. Right off the road, but secluded by nature at the same time. Thank you to a very kind host who quickly responded and also left suggestions of things to see and do while visiting!

RV Adventures with our two Westies

We camped in our motorhome (27’ Class C) with our two Westies. The location of the site was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We did not have any problems entering or exiting from the lot with our tow attached. The owner was helpful in all of our contacts with her, and provided useful information about the local area which we took advantage of. We plan on camping there again in the future and recommend this site without hesitation. Such a beautiful area!

Tranquil site for us & 2 small dogs

We enjoyed the privacy while camping in our RV. We entered and exited the site on an angle and had no issues with our 27’ Class C and tow. It is a gravel site with great hookups and a cold water shower which was helpful after trips to the beach. We were traveling with our two small dogs and were able to walk them around the site and the nearby bike trail and when we left them in the RV for short trips to eat out or shop we felt our pets were secure in the RV on that site, so that was a big plus for us. The site was somewhat private and tucked away enough that we were able to enjoy the songs of many birds in the bushes next to the site. We had our fire pit with us and had a small fire too. We took advantage of the nearby beach access and other places of interest listed by the owner. Our friends were staying at a nearby Inn and the location was perfect for us. We plan on returning in the future. We were impressed by the owner’s level of concern and cooperation with us as the recent hurricane (Milton) was approaching. In the end we fared well! We recommend this site.
