Our campground is located by our main lodge, Arnott's Lodge, which has been in operation for 30+ years. We have been hosting campers on our lawn for a long time, and are able to offer wifi, parking spaces, charging stations, bathrooms and showers, coin-op laundry, and a small outdoor cooking area, all in a safe location. Our check-in hours are between 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.Pitch your own tent on our grassy lawn, or sleep in your car or campervan in our parking lot. We provide hot showers, wifi, a small outdoor cooking area, and coin-op laundry facilities at our nearby small hotel. Electric outlets are nearby to charge your electronics. It is an easy 5-10 minute walk to nearby beaches in the Keaukaha neighborhood.

Safe and quiet in Hilo

If Doug the owner ever came to Montana, he would have a place to land! The staff & Lauren were absolutely gracious as it comes. The reviews says 2 stars for this hostel, camping, and hotel rooms. This is easily 4 stars in our books. Mahalo Doug & staff

Safe and quiet in Hilo

I really enjoyed my stay here it was very outdoorsy place was clean and convenient to everything. Cause what’s the point of working and staying in hotel enjoy the out door vibe with amenities 🤙🏾. They also have a lodge to stay indoors.

Safe and quiet in Hilo

Great stay! It was in a great location and it was clean, quite and safe! Our kids (age 5&7) also enjoyed doing cartwheels in the grass and appreciated the short walk to a beautiful beach.

Safe and quiet in Hilo

Clean and convenient place to camp in Hilo. I parked right next to the lawn where I pitched my tent. The covered outdoor kitchen allowed me to cook and eat while dodging the rain. Wifi was helpful. Security was onsite. No time restrictions on coming and going. Normally I camp in the woods but this worked well for my travel plans.
