Angell Creek Campground is located in beautiful Island Park Idaho. It has been in our family for over 50 years. We are surrounded by pine trees, and it is a quiet place to escape the noise of the world. It is a place to recharge and enjoy the outdoors. Our campsite is close to West Yellowstone and only 30 mi. from Yellowstone National Park. Island Park has a lot to offer including: boating, waterskiing, fishing, canoeing, swimming, hiking, trail riding and much more. All of these activities are within a few minutes away. We are in close proximity to highway 20 and easy access to services and dining. We have a very large parking area where you can park trailers and vehicles. We have about 3 acres and have 5 RV spots. We have a central sheltered picnic area and a big fire pit. Each pad is rented at $40 a night with provided 50 and 20 amp service with an adapter provided for 30 amp service. No water or sewer is provided. There is a porta potty on location from June 4th-Aug. 30th 2024. Must pack out all of your trash or be a accessed a cleaning fee per lot. Although wanting to keep this campground in a primitive state, we will be adding a few updates in coming years. Pets allowed on a leash only.

Angell Creek Camp for fam. reunion
Great Family Spot with creek!
This is such an amazing family spot! There is power to each space, room for tents in between pine trees, and a shallow clean creek full of fish. There are incredible built in fire rings as well as a huge gazebo with picnic tables. We camped here with a large group of a dozen adults and a dozen children and there was plenty of room for more. The site was easy to find off the main road and was well kept. This is our new favorite camp ground! The owners are also easy to communicate with and helpful!

Creekside camp
Beautiful spot right next to a little creek. There was plenty of firewood, wish we would have gotten more time at this spot. A little cold at night, but beautiful! Thanks!

Nice camp but needs some work
The camp is nice and quiet and in a great location however there are a few things that need improvement the entrance is a tight swing and there are some trees that need trimming or removing also the drop going in is a little much if you have torsion bars on. The #5 spot is Unleveled and the power supply is on the rug side. All the other spots look really good and our level we have a 34 foot trailer and it was very tight to get into the number five spot. The fire pits are nice but can use some work around them as they look as if they were just put in the ground and no level spot for your chairs

Peaceful but tricky to get in
Our host was very informative and responsive. It was a great place to stay while we visited Yellowstone. About 30 minutes from west Yellowstone. We loved the view of the mountain and the little stream right next to our site (2) It was tricky getting in and out. The trees in the driveway are low and the drive down into the camping spot is a bit steep (at least it was for us) we didn't scrap but inches away if that. The turn getting out was harder than getting in. The trees were impossible to miss, scrapping almost the whole way and the road kinda drops a bit if you go off it at all. Definitely a stressful way to start the travel day but we got through it. We are a 44ft fifth wheel and though we fit the spot I wouldn't recommend a large rig staying here unless the trees are trimmed back more, the road made a little less steep going into the camping area.

Easy Breezy Site!
Lovely home base for our family Yellowstone weekend. We loved the creek and fire pit with wood provided! Communication was superb & Marisol provided us with every detail we needed from pre arrival to post, including water and dump stations - which as first time trailer owners helped remove a lot of the stress! We’re already planning a group trip to grab a few more spots this summer 😊
