Stay at this secluded site within walking distance of over 75 continuous acres of public parks, which provide access to the Boise River and the 25-mile Greenbelt path system. Bernadine Quinn Riverside Park and Esther Simplot Park feature a vast network of ponds, trails, open play areas, shelters, and public restrooms with opportunities for swimming, walking, fishing, and paddle sports. The Boise Whitewater Park features unique, adjustable standing waves for river surfing and kayaking. Gear rentals for water sports are available nearby at Corridor Surf Shop in Garden City. Also within close proximity are locally owned coffee shops, wineries and restaurants. Downtown Boise is 2 miles away.Your spot is a spacious graveled parking site with an adjoining grassy area under a shade tree. The 75ft long x 12ft wide driveway widens into a 25ft x 40ft area. The space can accommodate one large camper (up to 32 feet in length) plus one car/vehicle, or two smaller Class B, C or van size vehicles. Four Adirondack chairs, string lights, and 20 amp power is provided, as well as access to a potable water hose. Your well-behaved pets are welcome to stay, but please be aware that pets (other than service animals) are not allowed at Bernadine Quinn Riverside Park, Esther Simplot Park and Boise Whitewater Park. Dogs on leash are permitted on the Greenbelt.

A great spot in Boise
This was a great spot in Boise. The location itself was large, easily accommodating our small 16 ft trailer. The trails over the back fence were lovely for an evening and morning walk, and the convenience to downtown was great. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again.

Great spot!
This was a great spot. It felt very safe. There was plenty of room for my husband and I to sit and relax. Our dogs loved the yard area too! The walk ability was also a huge plus. I would definitely recommend this Hipcamp and will return when I’m in the area.

We tucked into the gravel spot in late afternoon and soon found the delightful trails along the river, kids playing, open meadows, then a great restaurant. In the am we headed out, but not before coffee and a scone at a cool neighborhood shop. I had no idea Boise was going to be fun. We topped off our water at Steve’s place. It was quiet and safe. Steve was responsive and courteous.

Great home base for exploring Boise
Highly recommend this Hipcamp. Great location in walking distance to riverside park and only about 10 minutes to downtown. Hosts are extremely friendly and welcoming. Site was private and cozy, we enjoyed sitting in the chairs with the string lights and looking up at the stars at night. If I am going through Boise again in the future I'd stay here again

Great location to explore Boise
Great location to explore the greenbelt and bike to downtown Boise Idaho. Trees to provide good shade for you and your pups while you go exploring. We will definitely stay again when back in Boise.
