Great stay
We scheduled this stay last minute on a road trip. It was nice to be able to book a spot without waiting hours for approval. The property was so nice, we had a shaded spot to park and camp. There was some wood in the fire ring, and they left out some marshmallows and roasting sticks and dog treats which was a nice touch. Also great, was that there is a bathroom and shower which we weren’t expecting, but was a nice surprise!
They’re also located 4 miles from Lincoln’s first Illinois home, which was made into a park. We rode our bikes down the quiet, field lined back roads and checked out the park.
Great stay, would stop again if we ever happen to be driving through the area again.

1912 Barn RV Restful Spots
We were running late and got in late in the dark, Hank and Aissa met us as we pulled in and made sure we had what we needed. Great place to stop for the night and hosts were amazing!

Great time and incredibly relaxing
Outside of the rain that made tent setup difficult 😉, the property was stunning, peaceful, easy to find, and most importantly, Aissa and Hank were lovely and even invited us to see the workshop. Hank introduced us to a greak funk band, and we had a relaxing campfire, with plenty of available wood. Highly recommend a stay!

Hank and Aissa are two of the most nicest people that we have met! Clean, comfortable, all around excellent hosts and experience. Beautiful! Will return for as long as they continue hosting guests at their lovely place!
