Cute getaway
Tent camping here was so much fun it’s really close to starved rock and other fun stuff, the grounds are well kept and it’s very cute and cozy. The groundskeeper and Omar were super kind and helpful and made it an amazing stay would definitely recommend!

I loved this site, I am not going to lie at first I was a little skeptical about it because it was night time when we arrived. But it was amazing...very beautiful and everyone there was so nice!!

Site 10 - Park Near Site - Max 8
Way better than starved rock camp
It was great camping at Angel Creek! There’s about 15 sites that a pretty spread out, tons of privacy. We got lucky and had no one camping by us so we didn’t hear anyone all night. Our site was a tiny bit tight but we still managed to set up 2 four person tents, 5 lawn chairs, hammock, and table on the site with no issues. The host was super nice and checked in to see how we were doing and gave us contact info in case we needed it(we did not need it but it was a nice gesture). Loved the tree cover in the sites and the walking trails on the property. The portapotties were also very clean and stocked with TP and hand sanitizer. The host wants everyone to have a relaxing weekend camping and takes care of the property. I will 100% be back to camp here and will be recommending it to anyone traveling to the Starved Rock area.

Site 4 - Parking On Site - Max 10
We loved tent camping on Omar's land. It was clean and very well maintained. Our site was perfect for our family of 5. Omar was great! He was quick to respond when we had questions, and he checked in with us twice a day to see if there was anything he could do to make our stay the best! He was also quick to deliver firewood when we need it. We definitely recommend staying at Angel Creek Campground!

Omar and his family were incredible hosts. They made us feel at home on their beautiful property, and were incredibly accommodating and welcoming. Omar was very communicative and responsive and did everything possible to make our stay as memorable and wonderful as possible. We will definitely be back!
