Easy access for campers located by a pond. Great for fishing and relaxing! 30 AMP electric hookup, can accommodate water fill up and sewer dump. There is a covered pavilion with picnic table and chairs. There is a grill and a fire pit. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway you will love it here! Located close to the interstate. Plenty of restaurants near by and Vandalia lake is 8 minutes from campsite.Easy access for campers located by a pond. Heated outdoor shower available in the warmer months. Porta potty on site. 30 AMP hookup, and sewer dump available but not at campsite. Water fill if needed. Great spot for campers, RVS, and tents. Covered pavilion on site with picnic table and chairs. Charcoal Grill and fire pit on site as well. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay you will love it here! Great place to fish and relax. Campsite located off the interstate. Many restaurants near by. Vandalia lake is 8 minutes from campsite.

Quiet Countryside Camping

I camped here in my truck on the way to Denver. It was raining and storming when I arrived and continued through the entire night so I didn’t get to experience much except the sound of hail on my camper shell. Brady came out in the rain and greeted me. He was pleasant and we chatted for a bit. I would stay again for sure.

It just the cutest little campsite. He has lots of thoughtful items available. Chairs, sanitizer, table etc. if I didn’t live 400 plus miles away, it would be a weekend destination for me.

Bradys place is a model Hipcamp. Clean, quiet and very well setup. I've over 130 stays with hipcamp and this place is on my top 5 list.

Quiet Countryside Camping

Brady is friendly and is a great host! We had a level spot for our rv, a covered picnic table, and use of a grill and firepit with firewood. There is also an outdoor shower! We sat outside in the evening overlooking his pond listening to the bull frogs. He has a very friendly dog to welcome guests. It's a perfect spot to soak in the Illinois countryside.

Quiet Countryside Camping

What a great spot. The host/owner Brady was super cool. He made sure we had what we needed. Gave us a great rundown of the property and left us alone. Dog friendly, and our dog loved the place. She is a coonhound mix and her nose was excited for all the country smells. We will be back again soon.
