Located at a wedding venue, brick and mortar bathrooms just steps away and beautiful views by our pond. We are opening up our grass parking lot for tent camping, limited drop cords available for power. Class A, B and C motorhomes welcome with a 30A service. Potable water available upon request. See host for camping around the pond area or areas outside the parking lot posted in the picture. Local Brewery located 4 min down the road with awesome food and delicious beverages! Hendricks Live Music Center - 7 Min away! Splash Island Indoor/Outdoor pool (A must with kids) 5 Min away DQ and Oasis Diner - 6 Min away Weather permitting - Communal fire pit area. I car camped and it was a great location. The views were beautiful and directions were clear. The hosts were responsive and helpful! I would camp here again in the future.

Another great stay at basic acres! Quiet and very safe place to stay and the brick & mortar bathrooms are a huge plus, especially this time of year when it's getting colder overnight.

Jonathan was a great host. Communication was excellent and the location was easy to get to off I-70. Free property was clean and very welcoming. There was a fire pit with a generous supply of wood and a clean easily accessible restroom facility for men and women. We only stopped in overnight for about eight hours, but we were so ratified we will remember our and visit again. Thank you Jonathan.

Our second time staying at Basic Acres and we love it! Beautiful and quiet surroundings, plenty of space. Jonathan is friendly and very available if you need anything. Having bathrooms on site is a huge plus. We had a perfect, relaxing stay. Will absolutely book again!

Pretty spot, well priced. Was clean, safe and the bathrooms to use was a nice treat. The kids had a good time roaming near the pond. Was perfect for a nights stop to rest.
