Guests can enjoy swimming in the water on hot days and take their kayak or canoe for a leisurely paddle. Please note that only RV parking, access to the river deck, and enjoyment of the yard are permitted, as the property is only .4 acre in size.Beautifully situated next to Flat Rock river. Property has mature trees and relaxing river view. Property has no hookups but can accommodate most RVs. It has a dock next to river to relax and enjoy. It also has a fire area. Edinburgh outlet mall is about 15 minute drive . Property is about .4 acre in size and is located in Flat Rock Indiana. It’s about 40 minutes drive from Indianapolis. Property only for self-sufficient campers. No water, electricity noe sewer provided.

Nice overnight stay

25 ft Class B

Pull up and park. Just a few miles from interstate. Felt very safe. Fire wood was available for a warm fire on a brisk morning near the water. U can't park in front of water due to the ground being soft but can walk to it in 20 seconds :)

The site was very pretty but a little bit difficult to find. The river view was excellent. There were no bugs. The only issue was the extent of road noise from the main thoroughfare.

I definitely would suggest Hugo’s land for an overnight stop along your route. The site is almost perfectly level. It is a bit difficult to find as the driveway is hidden. There is a neighbor dog that doesn’t stop barking, and the highway noise is a bit much. The birds in the morning are wonderful, and the river is nice. Hugo was helpful in helping to locate the site.
