We loved camping at Sugar Maple Valley. We decided last minute to look for somewhere off the beaten path to take our camper with no idea what to expect! We showed up after dark but the sites were clearly marked and all the basic amenities were. There were a couple other campers but we still felt secluded and were able to relax!
We had a wonderful one night tent stay at this campground! Very spacious and private. Our kids and dog loved playing and enjoying time out in nature. We would love to come back again!
We had a fantastic stay tent camping on Robert's land! Campsites were clearly marked, and easy to access. The outhouse was very well maintained, firewood was easily accessible, and we were able to see a beautiful frosty morning next to a cheery fire! Water was also easily accessible (though not for drinking), but this made extinguishing the fire simple.
A great set-up for campers who want a simple well-maintained area. Not to difficult to get to from the interstate. Would definitely recommend to others!
I camped on Robert and Julie's land in my Grand Caravan. The site was well maintained, grass nicely mowed, quiet and other camp sites there were far apart! Robert and Julie were friendly and welcoming. The paths to hike were wide and cut too. Even had a horse that allowed me to pet her The Outhouse was clean and spacious! Fire pits available and wood too. I will be visiting there again!
This was the second time that we have stayed at this campground, and they have continued to make improvements. The campsites are well maintained and we had a great stay.
