This secluded property is just off Hwy 9 five miles west of Cresco, Iowa. It has 50/30/20 amp service with water, sewer, garbage and internet. The property has a view of the north branch of the Turkey River, walking tails, fire ring, picnic table and firewood available for purchase. Open all year, winter rates apply Oct. 31st to March 31st. Daily, weekly, monthly rates also available. Message for special rates. Pet friendly.

What a great spot! Beautiful view of the river and the sound of running water is lovely. Super easy hook ups, level ground for RVs and the access to a dumpster was very convenient. We had a wonderful time and so did our pups!

We parked our TT right next turkey river. Mark has electrical, water and sewage hookup at each site. Also a Porta potty and porta shower on site. It's a very peaceful piece of land.
