From outdoor activities to shopping and dining, there is something for everyone. And when night falls, gather around the fire pit with your loved ones and share stories while roasting s'mores. You won't have to give up comfort while "camping". Our glamping tent offers all the amenities you need to feel comfortable while still being immersed in nature. With air conditioning and heat, you can adjust the temperature to suit your needs no matter what the Iowa weather throws your way. Get a good night's sleep in our king-size bed with cozy bedding. Enjoy the convenience of running water at the nearby sink and shower, which means you won't have to give up cleanliness while camping. Sticky hands from roasting s'mores? Our house is out of sight when you're on the campsite. A short walk down a path and you will reach the tent where you will be immersed in the trees.Be in nature and have all the comforts. During the day you can go explore all that the Des Moines area has to offer as we are located just minutes from downtown Des Moines. At night share stories around the fire.You won't have to give up comfort while "camping". Get a good night's rest in the king size bed. Stay comfortable in the various Iowa seasons by adjusting the heat or air conditioning. Running water at the nearby sink and shower means you don't have to give up cleanliness while camping. Wifi and TV are amenities in the tent. If you want to unplug, let us know before check in and we can turn off the wifi and remove the TV. This tent is tucked into the trees on the 7 acre property where we live. Our house is out of sight when you're on the campsite. A short walk down a path and you will reach the tent where you will be immersed in the trees. Since you are in the trees there will always be bugs. Bringing bug spray is a good idea.

The tent was wonderful! Very clean and homey. The king size bed was very comfortable! The location is so nice and convenient to town (just a bit noisy from traffic at bed time) The view from the front of the tent made to feel like we were in a tree house and the curvy trees were beautiful.

We had a wonderful time! My favorite part was the glorious outdoor shower ❤️. Very relaxing and private place in nature and also close to downtown Des Moines. Thanks for a great little getaway for my husband and myself!
