Imagine this: a wooded creekside. Bird song and wildflowers. Campfire and starlight. Our 8' x 16' tiny house offers the essentials for a back-to-nature getaway without the trouble. We provide a full bed, cookstove, outdoor eating area, firepit, and hammock. Bath facilities are on the rustic side including a shower bag and port-a-potty. Short hiking path into the woods and up to the meadow are marked. Creek stomping and fossil hunting are encouraged. Caves, state and county nature areas, canoeing and kayaking are all nearby.Meadows, woods, creekside, and farm animals. Big night sky views. Guests have access to our 8x16' tiny house as well as the rest of the property including 30 acres of woods, hills, and creekside. Signs for hiking trail are posted near the tiny house. We live on the farm and host guests in two other listings. So you may meet others around the property including our black Lab Cleo.
If you’re looking for a secluded quiet spot this is it. The directions to the location are clear and everything you need is there. Mary is quick to respond with anything you need and Cleo’s morning visits were great. This was just what we needed and will be back next year!
We loved our stay at the tiny house! Very thoughtful and serene - Mary provided everything we needed for our stay and overall a gracious host! My daughter especially liked their dog Cleo’s daily visits! Breathtaking land and sweet farm animals. It was the quiet oasis much needed! We hope to return again soon! Thank you again!
We loved staying in the tiny house! Everything was so clean and well organized, and Mary thought of so many little details and amenities that enhanced our stay. We loved seeing the farms animals and exploring the hiking trail. We were so impressed with our stay and would highly recommend Mary’s space to anyone looking for an elevated camping experience!
