250 acres of beautiful rolling hills, river frontage/access for swimming, kayaking, canoeing. Two acre pond for fishing. 40+ acres of wooded areas for hiking, watching wildlife, etc. This is a working cattle farm, so there are plenty of opportunities to assist with farm chores. A wonderful cook is available to prepare meals for a modest fee. Hope to see you soon! This working cattle ranch is situated in Davis Bend of Hart County, Kentucky. The property is rich with wooded areas for camping, hiking, and seeing plenty of wildlife such as whitetail deer, wild turkeys, bobcats, owls, hawks, squirrels, etc. The property also joins the Green River, with easy access for swimming, camping, and launching kayaks and canoes. We offer drop off and pick up for anyone wishing to kayak/canoe. The river trip is approximately six hours and passes the popular "Three Hundred Springs" - a natural spring with a 70 foot waterfall - definitely a must see. The property also has a wonderful 2-acre pond stocked with small mouth bass, large mouth bass, catfish, bluegill, and crappie. Fishing is catch and release only. Mammoth Cave National Park is 30 minutes south of the property. Abraham Lincoln's birthplace is 20 minutes north. Come see for yourself, you'll love it!

We had an amazing time at Leslie‘s property! She had three different locations we could pick from, all of them beautiful. We were able to have a fire and a spot next to a lake all by ourselves. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a blast! Leslie and Nathan were awesome! Even let us borrow their Mule to help get around. We ended up Boondocking in a beautiful field that was super close to a river for the kids to play in. My dogs loved roaming freely too and living their best lives! Their pups were adorable too! Felt like Rip was part of our family.

Our stay was fantastic! Waking up to that view was like a dream. My 7 year old said his favorite part of our whole trip was helping on the farm.

A beautiful farm and camping spot. Leslie goes above and beyond to provide whatever is asked, from ice to resturant suggestions to kayaking information. We will definitely be camping there again.

Peace and quiet country getaway.
7 m travel trailer
This place is WAY off the beaten path but so worth the drive down the narrow country road. Postcards are made from places like this. The hosts are as friendly as can be and are truly excited to show us around the very large farm. Their two Australian Shepherds serve as co-hosts and welcome all the belly rubs you can give. There is a river to see and during the right times of year is great for fishing, swimming, kayaking, etc. There is also a stocked pond if you want to just sit back and enjoy some quiet pond fishing. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. We only stayed one night as we were just passing through but I’m pretty sure we will be back in the fall.
