We have an apartment set up with 4 bunk bed sets for hunters, with a bathroom and kitchen. There is no stove, but double hot plates, toaster oven, microwave, crock pots, refrigerator, etc. It is not at all fancy, but is certainly usable for short-term lodging. Camping area selected or assigned upon arrival.

Private. This is a large acreage pasture for viewing the 2017 Eclipse. You will have to do your own fire arrangements provided there is No Ban in effect for Fires.

Pets allowed

You MUST manage your pets. There is a neighbor with all kinds of farm life. Chickens, Ducks, baby Goats, etc.

No toilet; campers must bring camp toilets

Potable water available

In the hunters' apartment there's water. If you are up in the field you can come down for water to a house or the apartment.

No showers

Bathe in lake, bathe in river or stream. There's a shower in the hunter's apartment, if you rent it. Not in the open pasture.

Pack it out

Whatever you bring, please cleanup after and take all trash with you.

Group trip

Charles was an excellent host! The property looks just like the pictures and there is even a little hiking to be done in the woods. Would absolutely camp there again.
