Beautiful campsites right on the Webb RiverDO NOT USE COORDINATES PROVIDED BY HIPCAMP. Use the address provided. We are on 142 CARTHAGE, ME. Pitch your tent ON the bank of the Webb River In CARTHAGE, MAINE  Campsite layered with a thick bed of sawdust, a swimming hole,  and a great river view/sounds.   ALL sites have fire pits, picnic tables, trash cans and recycleable cans. Mt Blue State park is about 5 miles, lots of great hiking trails within 10-15 miles.

Early June in Carthage
Sites are right on the river and the sound is nice to sleep to. Dusty made us feel very welcome and he showed us around pointing out an abundance of lady slippers. Beautiful land, easy set up since you can park close to your site.

We loved our stay at Annette & Dusty’s place! We loved being near the river and site was well cared for. We felt welcomed and also had plenty of privacy even though the camp was fully booked. Something to note is that the sites are first come, first serve. We hope to return!

Perfect!
Gorgeous campsite! Dusty was present and very accommodating- there’s a great little kitchen with hot/cold water and most everything you could need. Can’t wait to return!

Gorgeous!
An absolutely gorgeous spot for an overnight in our teardrop!! We loved sitting next to the river with our portable fire pit and listening to the water rush by. So relaxing and just what needed. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Very scenic
Dusty and Annette were very nice and showed us around their campground when we arrived. They have a great kitchen pavilion, but it is closed until the temperature stays above freezing. The river was amazing. I’d like to come back when the weather is warmer, hopefully the river will be a bit calmer.
