George Deering owned these acres and worked as a farmer in the early to mid 1900's, my parent's acquired the property in 1991 and it has since been passed on to me.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place! We set up our tent on a wide grass field. There were plenty of benches and tables.

First time camping in a tent
Tent
We arrived at night to Deering Acre’s and really didn’t realize how beautiful it was until the next morning we went to the upper campground which was very nicely laid out and very cozy have a port a potty on the property was very nice and everyone was polite and very friendly including in the little quaint town of Brooks
Only thing I would advise people is to locate firewood before arriving pass that I would say it’s like heaven on Earth!!!
