The lot is 100ft long by 50ft wide and has a concrete pad, septic, town water, and electricity hook up. Water, sewer and electricity is included in the price for the week. There are two septic hook ups if you would like to put a second RV/Camper on the property (price for having two units on the property TBD). The property is within walking distance of the ocean where there are several small rocky beaches and a dock on Little River. Also within walking distance of a land preserve with hiking trails. Short driving distance to many great restaurants and shops in downtown Boothbay Harbor.
