Two Eagles Campsite is located in a lovely wooded spot in the town of Gray, Maine. This site is a prime location for campers who want convenient access to the abundant activities in Southern Maine but also want a chance to relax and enjoy nature. Sebago Lake State Park, Bradbury Mountain State Park, Thayer Brook Preserve, the Maine Wildlife Park, Pineland Farms, Spring Meadows Golf Course, Seacoast Zipline and Aerial Adventure Park, Portland's Old Port, and shopping in Freeport (home of L.L. Bean) are all within a short drive, ranging from 10 to 35 minutes away.
Our campsite is nestled in a hardwood, coniferous forest and situated on a designated wildlife sanctuary. The land it is on has been owned by our family for seven generations. When choosing the site, we looked up to see two American eagles circling above, thus the name Two Eagles Campsite. We live adjacent to the property, but the structures can't be seen from the campsite in the spring and summer months. The site is approximately 1/4 of a mile off a residential road, and parking is right near the site. We provide bedding for the double bed, a camp cot (no bedding provided for the cot), as well as bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for up to 3 campers. If you have a group larger than 3, there is ample room for another tent. We can set up a 4 person Coleman tent for a rental fee, or you are welcome to bring your own tent.
